For the coming ITU-T Q.13/16 meeting in Seoul, we have received only 4 people's requests for invitation letter for VISA as shown below:

Mr. WANG, Dong (ZTE) Mr. MIAO, Chuanyang (ZTE) Mr. JI, Feng (ZTE) Mr. ZOU, ZiXuan (Huawei)

I am not sure that every participants who need invitation letter for VISA have requested it. I think every chinese delegation needs invitation letter to issue VISA. If anyone do not request invitation letter yet, please send your request to Ms. Oh Sesoon of TTA as soon as possible.
