I have sent to ITU-TSB and placed at the ftp site the following two white contributions regarding H.222.0:

The first one (AMD5) is basically an integration of APC-1451 and 1450 of the Torino meeting. The second one is basically TD-30/P of the September 1998 meeting of SG16. I have considered the changes made at the MPEG meeting in December 1998 (actually there were elevated one step without changes at that meeting).
