I have uploaded TD-10 - Diagrammatic Examples of the Extensible Package Framework - on behalf of Morgan Potter (BT) to the PictureTel site.

This document contains a number of message sequence charts illustrating various features of the Extensible Frameworks negotiation mechanism for both RAS and Call Signalling.
