[itu-sg16] Two Rapporteur meetings of WP2/16 Questions
Dear WP2/16 experts,
We will hold the following two Rapporteur meetings before the next SG16 meeting in April 2008:
1/ Q13/16 meeting on 17 and 18 December 2007
This is collocated with the FG IPTV meeting (11-18 December) whose place is to be shortly confirmed.
2/ Joint meeting of Q1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 12, 13, 21, 22, 24, 25 and 29/16
Date: 17-23 January 2008 (NOTE) Place: Seoul
NOTE -- The date is one day shifted from the original plan of 16-22 January. This is to harmonize with the recently organized IPTV GSI event during 15-22 January 2008.
The meeting notices for these two meetings will be issued very soon.
Dear Mr. Okubo, I noticed the shift of dates for the Seoul meeting. There is a Q.8-10, 23 meeting in Geneva starting on January 21st.
It will be very helpful if the Seoul meeting will continue during the weekend in order to allow participation in both meetings. The extra day shift will make it impossible to attend both meetings.
Another suggestion may be for the Q.8-10,23 to be shifter also. Thanks Roni Even

This overlap problem has been settled thanks to WP3/16's kind arrangement that their meeting will be held during 28 January - 1 February 2008 instead of 21-23 January 2008.
Dear WP2/16 experts,
This is a progress report for these two meetings.
