This is to remind you of the deadline to request the Invitation letter from the host (if necessary for visa) is Friday 17 June 2011. It is explicitly mentioned in the circular 193 (http://www.itu.int/md/T09-TSB-CIR-0193/en ) Annex 2. After this deadline, the host cannot accept your request.

I have been made aware that: - The Brazilian Consulates in Japan do not require an invitation letter from the Brazilian host. - In China the Brazilian Consulate requests the original letter, notarized and stamped by the host (Please note that this takes time) - In US they request a simple invitation letter
