Second Informal Workshop on Conformance and Interoperability Testing
FYI ==== Second Informal Workshop on Conformance and Interoperability Testing ==== During its last meeting in Geneva 3-7 July 2006 TSAG Working Party 2 decided to endorse the proposal to organise a Second Informal Workshop on Conformance and Interoperability Testing in order to facilitate improved collaboration between SG 11 and SG 17 and with other SGs. ITU-T Study Group 17 invites to this Informal Workshop during the Question 14/17 meeting 8 December in Geneva 09.30-17.30. The Informal Workshop is open to all ITU members, and each ITU-T Study Group is encouraged to send a representative. Registration to the Informal Workshop is as registration to the Study Group 17 meeting 06-15 December 2006. The objectives of the Informal Workshop are : - to disseminate knowledge of existing and new Recommendations and standards on Conformance and Interoperability Testing - discuss and plan collaboration on development of new Recommendation and standards - discuss and plan collaboration on promotion and implementation of Recommendations and standards The draft agenda of the Informal Workshop is as follows: 09.30-09.45 Introduction, presentations and registration. Denis Andreev 12.30-14.00 Lunch 14.00-14.30 ETSI white paper on Interoperability. Ultan Mulligan 14:30-15:00 Interoperability testing in ETSI: Steve Randall 15:00-15:30 Coffee 15:30-16:00 IPv6 Test Activities within ETSI: Steve Randall 16:00-17:30 Discussions The results from the Informal Workshop will be contained in the Question 14/17 meeting report, and will be reported to TSAG.
