It didn't take long to realize one more addition that I think is needed to the H.225 Annex G. There is a need to convey the User Profile from the HLF to the VLF/GK serving the User. At least the knowledge of a possible Home GK & whether or not it is mandatory for this User to use the Home GK (Service Execution in Home Administrative Domain) should be conveyed. So I'm proposing an addition of a User Profile field to the DescriptorUpdateAck message for conveying this information.
