I have just uploaded two documents (zipped Word 97 files) to the Study Group 16 site for consideration at the Osaka meeting May 15-19. They may currently be found at ftp://standard.pictel.com/avc-site/Incoming/ but will be moved sometime in the next few days to ftp://standard.pictel.com/avc-site/0005_Osa/
APC-1800-H248-Errata.zip reproduces the content of draft-ietf-megaco-errata-01.txt, which should appear shortly. The latter incorporates changes from errata-00, including those made specifically in response to IESG comments.
APC-1801-H248-IETF.zip provides the complete protocol specification and annexes, with the changes listed in the errata document merged in. It is diff-marked against the redetermined H.248 draft coming out of the February meeting of Study Group 16. I will follow up by issuing draft-ietf-megaco-merged-01.txt to provide matching text on the IETF side (without the change marks).
