All, Attached is the announcement/invitation and proposed agenda for the Q11/16 Rapporteur meeting in Dublin at the end of October. Due to the tragic events in the USA September 11 that resulted in the cancellation of the Santa Barbara meeting this week, the Dublin meeting has been extended to 5 days. Q11 will be meeting jointly with Q1 & 2/16 during the week to progress the work on an IP transport protocol to support V.MoIP. Q11 also invites members of Q14/16 to participate to help progress the work on call discrimination for MoIP, FoIP and VoIP.
