I have uploaded the file AVD-2245.zip to the Incoming directory on the pictel FTP server. Please move these to the Bruges directory.

This zip file contains two versions of the document. The version with name ending in "-ncm" has the change marks removed so it is readable. The version with name ending in "-cm" contains all the change marks, for reference.
