H.245 Version 4 Uploaded to ftp site
I have uploaded draft version 4 of H.245 (H245_f.zip) to the ftp site ( ftp://standard.pictel.com/avc-site/Incoming/ )
This will be submitted to the ITU-T as a white paper for decision in September.

Please note the following regarding the addition of aalviaGateway syntax:
This addition as in TD-23 was agreed at the Yokosuka meeting. After that it was found that TD-23 contained redundant syntax elements, thus the updated syntax was issued as TD-23R as placed in the ftp site. This updated syntax is now contained in Mr. Nilsson's H245_f.
