  3. Table C.2 Calling Party's Category entry .
  4. Section C.6.1.1 under Calling Party's Category .
  5. Section C.7.1.1 Add new heading Calling Party's Category after Calling Party Subaddress .

• Apply Document AVD - 2308 (San Jose, Feb 2003 , TD-14b).

• Apply Document AVD - 2328 (San Jose, Feb 2003 , TD-14b).

• Apply Document AVD - 2329 (San Jose, Feb 2003 , TD-14b).

• Apply Document AVD - 2330 (San Jose, Feb 2003 , TD-14b).
