latest RDC docs posted to ftp site

Andy's latest RDC doc revisions are now posted to the IMTC ftp site. The files are: TrdcRevC.zip and VrdcRevB.zip and are at: ftp://ftp.imtc-files.org/imtc-site/T120-top/geneva98-2/
