Please note the following excerpt from Section 2/APC-1485 (Report of the Torino meeting):
------------------------------------------------------------------- The meeting notes that contributors are requested to upload the documents on time, otherwise their proposals can legitimately be rejected on the ground that the group members lack reviewing time.
Contributors are also requested to pay attention to the ITU-T copyright policy when producing their documents. -------------------------------------------------------------------
Please quickly advise me if anyone is planning to submit a contribution or have discussion on the security aspects at the Monterey meeting. This question has been placed by some security experts.
