Audio packetization schemes

I am looking for information on audio packetization schemes for H.323 terminals. In particular I would like to find out if RTP audio packetization schemes exist for any of the audio encoders - G.728, G.722, G.711, G.723.1, G.729 etc. and if so where can I find the documentation.
