Folks,

I have received three independent queries over the past month or so calling for the creation of procedures that detail how to do presence and instant messaging within the context of H.323.  Since this requires some discussion and since we do not have any meeting time planned until April, I have decided to create a separate mailing list to discuss this topic among interested parties who might work to draft an initial set of contributions to the next SG16 meeting.
