Dear Q12-14/16 experts,
I have belatedly edited several materials including TD49 (General report), TD-22 (Q13 report) and TD-21 (Q14 report) into a single report as in the ftp site.

Some obviously editorial corrections have been made to TD texts without indication. Texts with yellow marker were not in original TDs, but generated by myself.
