Last Call comment for H.248.25

I wish to bring to everyone's attention that I have just filed a last call comment on H.248.25 to update the binary ID for the bcasaddr package. At the time of the closing plenary, we were still awaiting the ID from IANA. I received the new ID today. If you check IANA's H.248/Megaco registry (http://www.iana.org/assignments/megaco-h248 http://www.iana.org/assignments/megaco-h248 ) you will find bcasaddr newly registered as 0x006d.
