I have a couple of interrelated questions. When you say that it should be made possible to have one GK per VLF, are you in fact talking about having the two functionalities in a single network element?
Assuming that the anwer to the above question is "yes", why should we take any specific measures to include the (optional) GKid + TSAP in the information that is kept in the HLF (& include another field in the Location Updating messages) in addition to the VLFid + address? Maybe I'm missing something here, but why should it make any difference whether the information in the HLF is (GKid + TSAP) or (VLFid + TSAP), if the information in any case points to the same network element?
