Dear all,
As Mr.Sebestyen explained, the TSB is in the last steps of implementing the AAP. So no texts have been posted, hence none of the "consented" texts from our Nov.2000 meeting are approved yet.
The first batch of texts is expected to be posted to the WEB for comments by the end of the month. After that, there are 4 weeks for comments by Member States and Sector Members. Only one representative from each Member can post comments (see TSB Circular Letter 002) [Make sure that your company has responded to the Circular! Only 54 Members replied so far, out of hundreds of Members]. After the Comment Period (after first week of March) we will find out whether the texts are approved or if they need comment resolution.
I should mention that this is a one-time delay and that for the future we should see much shorter time scales for approval.
I hope this clarifies the situation.
Best regards, Simao
