Dear Mr. Groves, Dear Mr. Euchner,
I have found that their long files names are not friendly to my zip software. I have opened each of them, "saved as" with a short file name like APC-1714.doc and then zipped it.
Now they are at /9910_Red directory replacing corrupted ones.
