ARJ reject reasons?

What is the difference between the three ARJ reject reasons, invalidPermission, callernotRegistered, and securityDenial? Likewise, what is the difference between the ARJ reject reasons, requestDenied (no bandwidth available), resourceUnavailable, and callCapacityExceeded?
