This is the draft for "Tables' indexes rearrangement" proposal.

(It should have been the APC-1316 in Cannes...)

I haven't addressed the "Capability Exchange Tables" of H.245.

I think they also should reflect the H.245 definitions, but it is not strictly H.323

 and can wait one additional week.
