RAI time-out and retry count

      Hi,
Looking over H.225.0 we have noticed that the recommended time-out and
retry count values for RAI (ResourceAvailabilityIndication) command are not
specified in the table of section 7.19.  We would like to recommend a
time-out value of 3 seconds and retry count of 2 (same as RRQ).  Thank you.
