Dear Mr. Euchner,
it appears to me that file APC-1573.zip does not contain the related contribution APC-1573.doc as one should assume by the file name. The zip archive rather contains the APC-1572.doc. Thus, I am not able to locate APC-1573.doc so far.
Thank you very much for your advice. APC-1573.zip has been replaced with the file containing APC-1573.doc.
