Its Word file is attached for your convenience. Please check it and advise me if your contribution is missing. Unless I receive prompt requests, in 24 hours, let me close the registration of APC numbered documents for the Osaka meeting. After that you still have chance to make your inputs as Temporary Documents, but their consideration is subject to the agreement of the meeting.
Please note that the upload deadline is Monday 8 May, after that your contribution is marked as "LA (Late Arrival)" and its consideration is subject to the agreement of the meeting. This is according to the following resolutions:
Section 2/APC-1485 (Report of the Torino meeting in November 1998)
"The meeting notes that contributors are requested to upload the documents on time, otherwise their proposals can legitimately be rejected on the ground that the group members lack reviewing time."
Section 2/APC-1644 (Report of the Berlin meeting in August 1999)
"Late contributions which were not uploaded on time can be considered if the meeting agrees. This should be handled on a case by case basis; some documents may have no problems, but others may need review of experts. Rapporteur in charge will consult with the meeting at his session if it accepts the late contribution."
