I have been appointed by Mr. Skran (rapportuer for Q13/16) as editor of H.323 Annex P (modem relay over IP). I will send the initial draft for this annex after receiving the APC number. Following some talks with Mr. Skran, it was decided that it would be best if the draft was presented in a joint meeting with the modem experts group, which is scheduled to take place during the SG meeting, on Thursday, November 16th. I would like you to allocate an APC number to the document, defined as "H.323 Annex P Draft (modem relay over H.323)".
