After the meeting, there was some discussion on the reflector related to APC-1422. A sentence has been added at the end of APC-1422 discussion in Section 5.5.4 at attached; "At this stage, any other solution is not precluded that fits our needs better than the framework outlined in APC-1422."

APC-1422 [Intel] "Proposals and general comments for Inter-Gatekeeper Communications"
This presents a proposal for extending RAS to exchange information between domains concerning the type of numbers under management of the domain. APC-1422 was accepted in principle as the basis of future work with the understanding that number portability is required by some administrations. Further work is needed on scaling of this proposal. It was also mentioned that security problems existed in APC-1422, and that any scheme for the exchange of numbers between domains may have general security problems. At this stage, any other solution is not precluded that fits our needs better than the framework outlined in APC-1422.
