As I will unfortunatley not be able to attend the Launceston meetings, and as we have only received one contributions, a liaison, to Q.F, I do not propose to hold any discussions on Q.F at this meeting.
I propose to discuss the liaison on this mailing list and generate a reply in this way if this would be acceptable to everyone.
