Please note that the November meeting is an official Study Group meeting, hence all the documents are managed by TSB, Mr. Campos-Neto. You can find the template at

ITU-T basic template. Please also note that you need go through US National procedures if your documents are delayed contributions by UNC. If they are Editor's documents, you can submit them directly to TSB.
