Documents APC-1480 and APC-1481 uploaded

Dear Mr. Okubo,

I have placed APCs 1480, and 1481 into the Incoming directory of the avc ftp site.

Please note that APC-1480a in the Incoming directory should replace the APC-1480 in that directory which failed during upload.

Please copy APC-1480a in the Incoming directory to the 9811_Tor directory as APC-1480

Again, I apoogise for my lateness, and attach the documents here to expedite their delivery.
