Contributions to the January 2004 meeting of SG16

Dear WP2/16 experts and editors,

When you submit your Delayed Contributions to ITU-TSB, you are suggested to make its copy available to the experts for advance review by uploading it to the following place:

- Uploading via FTP Site: ftp3.itu.int/ User ID: avguest Password: Avguest (Note the uppercase 'A') Directory: avc-site/Incoming

or e-mailing it to myself sokubo@waseda.jp.

It will be placed at the following site for everybody's access:

http://ftp3.itu.int/av-arch/lbc-site/0401_Geneva/ (Q.1/16)

or

http://ftp3.itu.int/av-arch/avc-site/0401_Gen/ (Q.D,F,G,2-5/16)

If editors are submitting draft Recs and other documents as Temporary Documents, please also follow the above.

Let me stress that this provision of advance review at the informal site is INDEPENDENT from the formal submission of your contributions / documents to ITU-TSB.
