H.323/H.225.0 V3 has been decided

H.323 Interested Parties:

I am pleased to announce that today SG16 "decided" H.323 V3 and H.225.0 V3, as well as H.323 Appendix IV. Thanks to all who contributed to this effort, but especially to the editors, Paul Jones and Glen Freundlich. I would like to give a special thanks to Glen Freundlich for all his hard work on H.225.0 V2 and V3, and welcome again the new H.225.0 V4 editor, Rich Bowen of Cisco.

The draft output will be shortly available on the reflector.
