[sg16-avd] Upcoming Q1 and Q2 Rapporteur meetings

Dear experts,

Q1,2,3,5,21/16 are planning to have a Rapporteur meeting in Seoul, South Korea during the week of 3-7 November 2014.

Q1 and Q2 had asked SG16 the permission to hold one interim meeting before the February 2015 SG16 meeting and the Rapporteurs, having not received indication of a sufficient number contributions for either Q1 or Q2, we would like to suggest that Q1 and Q2 do not meet at this time.

Please let us know by 2 October 2014 if you believe that there is a need for Q1 and Q2 to hold a Rapporteur meeting in November! Passed that deadline, we will inform the SG16 management that Q1 and Q2 will not be meeting.
