please find attached a revised version of the draft H.IPTV-CDER. Thank you to all of you who helped in drafting this recommendation.
For formal submission for the upcoming SG16 meeting, we may have to update the headers.
However, I consider the draft as an outcome of the telco and therefore, I hope Kawamori-san can submit the document.
In my opinion, the document requires one more read to ensure that we fulfill all formal issues to go for consent.
I also encourage people to think about some additions in the definition section.

I have worked on the draft H.IPTV-CDER document. Please find

Some final clean-up is still necessary. However, as I do not have access to the latest documents on architecture, etc. So some assistance here is required to update some small parts of clause
6 and
I am also not sure about the final decision at the last plenary on whether we maintain one document and extend it with Annexes or
create
multiple documents. My preference still is to maintain a single document.
