Dear experts of Q2,3,4,5,21,22,24,25,29,
At this moment, it looks the server (ftp3.itu.int) is down. I have sent a trouble report to TSB. I cannot check the documents uploaded to the /Incoming after Monday 14:00 UTC. I also cannot upload those documents received by e-mail. I expect the access to the server will recover when the people come to the office in Geneva.
The most recent list of the documents (without reflecting those at /Incoming) is attached for your information.
