Please be informed that as agreed to at the Q13/16 meeting during the IPTV-GSI event in Singapore, the electronic meetings of Q13/16 will continue as follows:
Every-other Wednesday, 14:00-15:00 (Geneva time), from 6 Oct (next week) to 1 Dec 2010 (6&20 Oct; 3&17 Nov; 1 Dec 2010).
For the time in different zones, please use for the first meeting: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?day=6&month=10&yea r=2010&hour=14&min=0&sec=0&p1=87 [for subsequent days change day=6 with the day and month=10 with the month, 10, 11 or 12, as different countries will enter or leave summer saving time in the period]
The topic for discussions are: - progress Q13/16 documents on IPTV conformance and interoperability testing
The call and GoToMeeting details are provided at the end of this email.
It is requested that Contributions to a particular session of the e-meeting be made available by Monday of that week, and sent to the Rapporteur cc: to the two mailing lists above (itu-sg16@lists.packetizer.com and sg9and16-iptv@lists.itu.int).

NOTE: The need for additional electronic meetings will be reassessed at the planned interim Q13 meetings in Pune (Dec 2010).
