H.246 Annex B

Can someone point out the status of H.246 Annex B and point me to the current draft ?

In the Geneva 9/98 SG16 Meeting, determination of Annex B was deferred. In the subsequent rapporteurs meetings (Torino and Monterey) there were no Annex B contributions.
