To seek SG16 management's final approval to hold the meeting during 11-14 September, I need lists of contributions and participants to justify the meeting. Could you please react to the following at the earliest occasion? Referred texts are from the meeting notice.
1/ Registration of your contributions
When you are going to submit a document, please notify Mr Sakae Okubo okubo@aoni.waseda.jp, document manager of this meeting, as soon as possible, by 23:59 UTC, Saturday 1 September 2007 at the latest. Document number AVD-nnnn will be allocated. Early indication of your submission plan is welcome and encouraged.
Please note that the title could be provisional at this stage.
2/ Registration of your participation
To register your meeting attendance, please pre-register using the online form at:
http://www.itu.int/ITU-T/ngn/events/200709/registration.html (this is the same registration form as for the NGN-GSI event).
Additionally, please forward to Sakae Okubo okubo@aoni.waseda.jp a copy of the registration acknowledgement message that will be automatically sent to you after you pre-register.
