I have integrated the following reports of the Geneva Rapporteur meeting into APC-2031:
- General: TD-25 - Q12: TD-26 - Q13: TD-27 - Q14: TD28
and placed it at

Please advise me if you have any findings to improve the text.
Please also note that all the TDs have been moved to /0011_Gen directory.
