restrictions on H.450.x-connections

      Hello H.450-Experts,

H.450.5 points out in chapter 5:
"The architecture of SS-PARK and SS-PICKUP allows any authorized user of
an H.323 network to participate in this supplementary service and not
just users within a single gatekeeper zone.".

Is this statement also valid for all the other H.450-standards?
