For those who intend to submit IPTV related contributions to Q13/16 and Q21/16, please finish your submission by 8 January as indicated in the attached reminder from Mr Sebek, TSB, even if our Rapporteur meeting has different deadlines. Please register and submit your contribution to Mr Paul Jones, document manager of the WP2/16 Questions Rapporteur meeting according to the meeting notice http://ftp3.itu.ch/av-arch/avc-site/2005-2008/0801_Seo/Notice_0801_Seo_071114.txt. Mr Jones will collectively send those IPTV related contributions to TSB.

Dear all,
1 - The first IPTV-GSI event, scheduled to take place in Seoul, Republic of Korea, from 15-22 January 2008 and colocated with a number of other ITU-T events is announced in TSB Circular 174, revision 1. See http://www.itu.int/md/T05-TSB-CIR-0174/en for details.
2 - A common registration form for any of these ITU-T events is provided. You may register online via the ITU-T website, http://www.itu.int/ITU-T/studygroups/com13/edh/events-registration.html, or by the way of the registration form in the above mentionned TSB Circular. if you have not registered and wish to participate in the IPTV-GSI event, you need to send your registration at your earlier convenience. Also note the 31 December 2007 is the deadline for hotel reservation at negociated price.
3 - The deadline for submitting contributions to the IPTV-GSI event is 8 January 2008.
4 - The FG-IPTV deliverables resulting from the last FG-IPTV meeting for further consideration by SG 13 (the parent study group of the FG-IPTV) and at the IPTV-GSI event are listed at the IPTV-GSI website http://www.itu.int/ITU-T/gsi/iptv/ and related texts posted at http://www.itu.int/md/T05-FG.IPTV-071211-DOC/en. These deliverables will be posted on the SG 13 and IPTV-GSI web pages as soon as practicable.
5 - Any update related to the IPTV-GSI event will be posted at http://www.itu.int/ITU-T/gsi/iptv/.
