Dear Experts of Questions  2, 3, 4, 5, 12, 21, 22, 24, and 25/16,

 

The subject meeting of ITU-T SG16 experts will be held in

Andover, MA, USA at the kind invitation of Polycom.

Details of the meeting are contained herein.

 

Please note that Q1/16 will meet concurrently at the same place and

that many sessions will be joint with other Questions.

 

This is a preliminary meeting notice. The planned meeting can

be authorized only when the reasonable numbers of participants

and input documents are confirmed. The official announcement

will be issued after the planned meeting is authorized.

5. Logistic Information

The meeting will be hosted by Polcom at its facility in Andover,

Massachusetts, USA.

 

No hotels have been reserved for this meeting, though there are

a number near the facility as discussed in section 7.  The Polycom

facility is located between the Logan International Airport in Boston,

MA and the Manchester Regional Airport in Manchester, NH (about

30 miles / 50 km from each)

 

Rental cars are strongly recommended, however other transportation

options include Flight Line (www.flightlineinc.com) and airport

taxis. Airport taxi service from Logan International to Andover is

metered service and costs approximately $100.

information about the estimated number of participants for the
