Dear experts,

As you know, Q1,2,3,4,5,21/16 are planning to have a Rapporteur meeting in Geneva during the week of 10-14 March 2014.

As in the past, Q1 is planning to hold a meeting together with those Questions. One of the main objectives is to progress video related and motorized conferencing matters.

In order to start the planning process for this meeting, I would like to have an idea of the number of contributions for this meeting and who is planning to travel to Geneva for the Q1/16 sessions. Early disclosure of your intentions is very welcomed!
