TD-68(PLEN) shows the removal of all imports from MULTIMEDIA-SYSTEM-CONTROL (these were Capability, MultiplexCapability, and OpenLogicalChannel) as well as the removal of fastCap from various H.225/Q.931 messages. The fastStart element found in various H.225/Q.931 messages was changed from SEQUENCE OF OpenLogicalChannel OPTIONAL to SEQUENCE OF OCTET STRING OPTIONAL. If this is not correct, please let me know as soon as possible.

I haven't seen the final H.225.0 version yet, but I am slightly concerned about the results. As far as I know, the latest related TD has no explicit statement about a "total" FastCap definition removal along with the IMPORTS statement update:
