In order to subscribe the ITU-T SG16, you need to do the following:
Send a message to listserv@mailbag.jf.intel.com Write the following line at the BODY of the message
subscribe itu-sg16 <your email address> <your name>
You can get more information on commands by sending a message with the body of the message containing either 'help' or 'info' to the same address.
