Regarding APC-1940, "Draft H.323 Annex I," I will not be able to submit this for the start of the Portland meeting. I request this document to be withdrawn. I had wanted to add a section on RTP over wireless links, but upon review I decided this technology was still too early in the formative stage to be included in Annex I.

Somehow I cannot find those with * (1884, 1900, 1901, 1902, 1905, 1906, 1924, 1925, 1931, 1940, 1941, 1942) at the ftp site. Please upload them as soon as possible for the member's review, or advise me if my understanding is incorrect. Otherwise they will be dealt with as late arrival contributions whose consideration is subject to the agreement of the meeting.
After 24 hours tolerance, let me mark APC-1884, 1900, 1901, 1902, 1906, 1924, 1925, 1931, 1940 with late arrival. Please make them available at the earliest occasion for the pre-review of experts to have an efficient meeting.
Please note that TD-06, TD-07, which were registered as TD due to late registration, are already available at /0008_Por directory.
