Please note that as per request of the Q13/16 rapporteur, the Rapporteur group meeting for Q13/16, originally planned for 24-25 Oct 2013, is cancelled.

Note that the Q13/16 discussions will take place *as planned* in the IPTV-GSI event during the 1st week of the SG16 meeting, 28 Oct - 1 Nov 2013.
