Dear all

Mr Christian Bertin is helping us follow up on the "ITU IPTV Green Book" project, which aims at giving an overview of IPTV technologies as standardized by ITU. We have now a draft which we would like to share for comments by the experts.

The document is found at http://ifa.itu.int/t/2013/iptv-gsi/exchange/BB in Word format (TIES needed) and at http://ftp3.itu.int/av-arch/iptv-site/BB/ (PDF).

If you have comments please feel free to add them directly into the file and send them to me. The aim is to have V1 completed at the IPTV GSI in Feb.
