As mentioned by the rapporteur in a separate message earlier today, it was agreed at the IPTV-GSI event in Geneva, 8-12 July 2013, to hold the following e-meetings for Q28/16:

The contributions to these meetings are to be submitted to <t13sg16q28@lists.itu.int>, one week before the scheduled meeting time.  Also the detail of the meeting agenda will be circulated using that reflector. These deadlines are:

 

Please announce your intention to join and/or contribute to the rapporteur, Mr Masahito Kawamori (CC tsbsg16@itu.int) as soon as possible so that a decision can be made on whether to hold the call.
